Guidelines for receiving Amorino deliveries

We do our best everyday to ensure that your deliveries arrive on-time and in perfect condition. However, there can be problems. In order to ensure that these problems are handled quickly and that you are compensated for damaged items, it is vitally important to respect a few simple rules when receiving your Amorino deliveries. 

Advice: Open each pallet before the driver leaves to detect possible shocks on packages.

TO BE VERIFIED IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DRIVER

- The temperature of the cartons (for frozen products).

- The number and condition of the cartons.


IMPORTANT: do not forget to verify these two points. If there is a problem, you must be specific on the delivery receipt, by noting the exact number of damaged cartons and/or the specific temperature of the delivery. Phrases such as 'open box', 'delivery in bad condition', or 'boxes damaged' have no legal weight and a delivery company will simply ignore them and refuse any reimbursement. Ideally, refuse the delivery of the damaged boxes. 


IF THE DELIVERY IS CORRECT

1. Timestamp (date and time) the delivery documents.

2. Sign the driver's delivery receipt, write the receiver's name in CAPITAL letters, and stamp the document with the official stamp of your company.

If a second or subsequent delivery attempt is necessary due to your absence or another error which is not the responsability of -18 SAS, the costs related to the subsequent delivery will be invoiced to you


DELIVERY PROBLEMS

 If you notice a problem with your delivery, (pallet unwrapped, pallet wrap partially torn, pallet tipped over, hole in cartons from forklift, deterioration of shipping carton, dents, scratches) : CLEARLY EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND MAKE THE NECESSARY ANNOTATION ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT

1. In the presence of the driver, write very clearly on the forwarder delivery receipt the problems.

2. Fill out the Delivery Anomaly form. You can find the link on the Ecommerce site or here: (clic here). Also, if possible send photos by email to adv@amorino.fr

If the procedure is not respected and no annotation made on the delivery receipt, no reimbursement will be made not claim taken into account after the delivery.
